Processing Steps
1. Discharge Platform
Specialized drainage platform with water guns for efficient unloading and pre-washing of raw mangoes from trucks.
2. Elevator
Transports fresh mango from outside the building to the processing area.
3. Washing
Thorough cleaning using bubble washers and brush & spray washers. Optional ultrasonic and ozone cleaning available for enhanced efficacy.
4. Sorting
Visual inspection by staff to identify defects, ensuring only high-quality fruits proceed to production.
5. Destoning
High-speed operation at 1470 r/min effectively crushes fresh mango, thoroughly cleaning core and skin while maximizing pulp yield.
6. Preheating
Adjustable temperature heating (45℃ to 85℃) increases juice yield while protecting final product color and taste.
7. Pulper and Refiner
Centrifugal force operation at 1470 r/min refines product through screen, suitable for various fruits including mango, passion fruit, tomatoes, peaches, apricots, and apples.
8. Horizontal Spiral Centrifugal
Reduces solids and impurities to ensure mango pulp puree is free from contaminants and black points.
9. Sterilizing
Tube-in-tube type sterilizer with adjustable temperature and retention time, featuring programmable control for precise automation.
10. Aseptic Filling
Operates with tube-in-tube sterilizer in closed cycle system with vapor-protected filling cavity for sterile environment.
11. Storage or Blending
Final product can be stored as-is or used as raw material for producing mango sauce or other products.
