The system incorporates multiple processing modules that can be configured to produce different products. For cloudy juice and puree, the line includes a hammer mill crusher followed by a paddle finisher and homogenizer – preserving the natural suspended solids that create the characteristic appearance and mouthfeel of fresh-pressed juice. For clear juice, the system adds enzyme treatment reactors, ultrafiltration membrane skids, and resin columns for deacidification and decolorization, ensuring optical clarity and a balanced flavor profile. For puree production, the line utilizes a multi-stage refining system that produces a smooth, spreadable consistency ideal for baby food, bakery fillings, and yogurt applications. The concentration module, consisting of falling film evaporators, can produce 70-72°Brix concentrate from either clear or cloudy juice streams, with the flexibility to switch between them.

The modular design also allows for future expansion – processors can begin with a base juice line and add the concentrated, puree, or fermentation modules as their business grows. All equipment is constructed from food-grade 304 stainless steel and features CIP-ready surfaces for sanitary operation.
