Mango Juice Production Line – Ready-to-Drink Bottling for Retail Markets

This mango juice and nectar manufacturing line produces ready-to-drink beverages for PET bottles, glass jars, and brick cartons. The system handles both cloudy and clear juice styles, with formulation flexibility for nectar products containing 20 to 40 percent juice content.

Fresh mango enters through a floating washer and manual sorting belt. After destoning and pulping, the juice passes through an enzyme treatment tank where pectinase breaks down cell walls, increasing yield by 10 to 15 percent. A decanter centrifuge separates suspended solids for clear juice, while cloudy juice bypasses this step to retain pulp.

The blending station includes a high-shear mixer for dissolving sugar, citric acid, stabilizers, and flavorings. A homogenizer at 150 to 200 bar ensures suspension stability, preventing sedimentation during shelf life. UHT sterilization at 121 degrees Celsius for 4 to 6 seconds eliminates microorganisms while preserving fresh mango notes.

Hot filling into pre-sterilized containers occurs inside a laminar flow hood. An in-line checkweigher rejects off-fill bottles before labeling and capping. The line runs at speeds from 3,000 to 15,000 bottles per hour depending on bottle size.

A PLC with touchscreen stores up to 50 recipes. Changeover between juice and nectar takes under 30 minutes. We supply full formulation support including Brix targets, pH adjustment, and preservative systems for ambient or chilled distribution.

1. Discharge Platform
Specialized drainage platform with water guns simplifies raw mango unloading from trucks while providing pre-washing capabilities to enhance production line efficiency.
2. Elevator
This machine transports fresh mango from outside the building to inside the processing facility.

3. Washing

4. Sorting

6. Preheating
Adjustable temperature pre-heater (45℃ to 85℃) increases juice yield for subsequent processing while protecting final product color and taste.

7. Pulper and Refiner
