Mango Juice Drink Production Line | Mango Processing Plant for NFC and Bottled Juice

Do you want to produce finished mango beverages that go directly to supermarket shelves, juice bars, or restaurant coolers? This mango juice drink production line takes fresh mangoes and turns them into ready to drink NFC not from concentrate juice, mango nectar, or mango juice blend. Unlike lines that stop at puree for export, this mango processing plant includes formulation, homogenization, deaeration, and retail packaging equipment.

From Fresh Mango to Bottled Juice in One Line

The complete system starts with mango receiving and sorting. Fresh fruit moves through the brush washer to the destoning machine and pulping machine. At this stage you have mango puree. But this mango juice processing line goes further.

The puree moves to blending tanks where you add water, sugar, acid, and other ingredients according to your final beverage formula. For NFC not from concentrate juice, no water or sugar is added. For mango nectar which typically contains 20 to 30 percent puree with water and sugar, the blending tank mixes everything to the exact specification. For juice drinks with lower puree content, the blending system handles higher dilution ratios.

After blending, the juice passes through a homogenizer at 150 to 200 bar pressure. This breaks down any remaining particles into microscopic size, creating a smooth mouthfeel without sedimentation. The deaerator removes dissolved oxygen that could cause flavor loss and color degradation during shelf storage. Then the juice is sterilized by a tube in tube or plate sterilizer before packaging.

Multiple Packaging Options

This mango juice drink production line connects to various filling machines based on your target market and shelf life requirements.

For aseptic cartons like Tetra Pak, the line includes a carton filler with sterile chamber for 6 to 12 months unrefrigerated shelf life. For PET bottles, the line includes a hot fill bottle filler with capper for 6 to 9 months shelf life. For glass bottles, the line includes a rotary filler with crowner for premium juice products. For stand up pouches with fitment, the line includes a pre made pouch filler for juice bars and food service.

Products You Can Make

NFC not from concentrate mango juice in glass bottles or cartons. Mango nectar with 20 to 30 percent puree in PET bottles. Mango juice drink with 10 to 15 percent puree for value segment. Mango smoothie base for blending with other tropical fruits. Mango juice blend with orange, passion fruit, or banana.

Technical Specifications

Fresh mango input ranges from 500 kilograms to 10 tons per day. Blending tank capacity ranges from 500 to 5000 liters per batch. Homogenizer pressure reaches 150 to 250 bar for smooth texture. Deaerator removes 90 to 95 percent of dissolved oxygen. Sterilization temperature reaches 95 to 108 degrees Celsius depending on product pH. Packaging speed depends on chosen filler ranging from 30 to 150 containers per minute.
