From Fresh Mango to Bottled Juice in One Line
The complete system starts with mango receiving and sorting. Fresh fruit moves through the brush washer to the destoning machine and pulping machine. At this stage you have mango puree. But this mango juice processing line goes further.
The puree moves to blending tanks where you add water, sugar, acid, and other ingredients according to your final beverage formula. For NFC not from concentrate juice, no water or sugar is added. For mango nectar which typically contains 20 to 30 percent puree with water and sugar, the blending tank mixes everything to the exact specification. For juice drinks with lower puree content, the blending system handles higher dilution ratios.
After blending, the juice passes through a homogenizer at 150 to 200 bar pressure. This breaks down any remaining particles into microscopic size, creating a smooth mouthfeel without sedimentation. The deaerator removes dissolved oxygen that could cause flavor loss and color degradation during shelf storage. Then the juice is sterilized by a tube in tube or plate sterilizer before packaging.

Deaerator removes 90 to 95 percent of dissolved oxygen. Sterilization temperature reaches 95 to 108 degrees Celsius depending on product pH. Packaging speed depends on chosen filler ranging from 30 to 150 containers per minute.
